Vintage Floral Lace Tank Top - Cream and Pink

Elegant lace tank top with floral pattern. Features cream and pink hues. Sleeveless design. Perfect for layering. Also could be a very mini dress with a slip. I got it in London at a vintage store, no tags but I'd gander it's a medium. It's in good shape. Sequins intact. Couple frays here and there but nothing obvious.
