Vintage Foral Hawaiian Wrap-around Skirt

This beautiful vibrant floral skirt will be noticed! All tags missing but believe it is made from polyester and a size small waist. Measurements seam to seam while lying flat: Waist- 13" Length- 39" In good vintage condition. Only flaws I see is some stitching not straight and couple small black spots on one flower. See last several pictures.
