Vintage G Howard Hodge Ex Cond & Cleaned Black Wide Brim Felt Hat, OS, $150

OMG! This is such a rare find! Are you ready for your Emily in Paris moment!! "G. Howard Hodge of NY was an important American milliner of the mid 20th century. He was a member of the Millinery Creators Group, milliners who specialized in ready-made hats that used quality materials and construction methods. His hats are showcases in museums across America, including the MET in NYC!!!!" Based on my research from the Vintage Fashion Guild the label on this hat would make this hat from the 1950's!!!!! Excellent for age (overall lint and two small marks on ribbons-see images) The hat was cleaned to the best that could be done based on its age--it's still looks great!!! Any questions, ask away!
