Awesome blouse from GAP circa 2008 per label. Ruffle front neck to bottom. High quality cotton. Irons easily. Perfect condition, only wore a couple of times. Runs a tad smaller than current GAP sizing which is why, despite saying size 14, I’ve listed it as “large”. Please check measurements: Pit to pit 21.75” Length 28”
