This is a vintage bank, given as a promotional item in the 1960s when you bought a pair of Hush Puppies shoes. Flocked hush puppy dog bank. Stamped on the bottom: “Royalty Designs, Inc. Miami, Fla.” Measures about 5” tall at tallest 6” from nose to back.
