Vintage International Ladies' Garment Workers' Union ILGWU Velvet Top

This is a vintage International Ladies' Garment Workers' Union (ILGWU) long-sleeve velvet top. The lace around the neckline and tie in the front is unique. If you don't know much about the ILGWU, it was a union whose members were employed in the women's clothing industry, was once one of the largest labor unions in the United States, one of the first US unions to have a primarily female membership and a key player in the labor history of the 1920s and 1930s. Own a piece of history with this top. I can't make out the size of the shirt, but it appears to be a medium. The measurements are armpit to armpit: 16 inches, and the back neckline to bottom is 19 inches. There is a small hole around the v-neck front, as shown in the photo. This is in great shape otherwise.
