Signed Vintage Kramer Statement Bracelet Gorgeous and blue cluster rhinestone bracelet. It is wide enough to make such a statement if you keep everything else demure. The round and oval rhinestones are prong set in gold tone metal. All of the stones are intact as is the safety chain. The bracelet is signed under the clasp KRAMER of NY.
