Absolutely beautiful vintage NOS with tags outfit by Lady Helene for Mister Jay This outfit is a MUST for a plus size queen for the holidays! Imagine NEW YEARS EVE! Fully lined and sequined. Black Skirt is a size Large, does have slight stretch. Measures 18 at the waist while flat(with a couple inches of stretch) 22 across the hips and it is 31 in long with a 6.5 in kick slit. Jacket is open style with no closures. it is a size 2X measures about 23 pit to pit when flat and much bigger when open. about 29 in long. No one else is going to have this on!
