Do these have a loose fit to them? I recently purchased some vintage shorts that were supposedly a size 10 and 12 but I couldn’t even button them. So I’m wanting to make sure this time around I get the right size.

I wear a size 14 in womens but I know sometimes Levi’s run small. Hope that helps on letting me know if these would fit me or not.
