Vintage Marie Leavell Gold V Neck Lined Jacket 12

Marie Leavell was born in Indiana in 1906. In the 20s, she began selling clothing from her living room. She moved to the Dallas in the 40s and opened a shop in the area. She died in 1952 at a very young age. Her only son inherited the business and carried it on until the early 90s. Finding Marie Leavell pieces is few and far between. This particular jacket dates to the 70s and exhibits excellent textile quality and craftsmanship. In good, vintage condition. Please see measurements, as 12 is in vintage sizing.
