Vintage Mid-Century Original Framed Painting - Boat and water scene

Beautiful original oil painting of a boat, dock, and water scene, typical of popularized mid-century artwork. The colors are mostly of amber, yellow, even some mustard, which would pop spectacularly against an emerald green or navy charcoal painted wall. Signed: Cooper Serial stamp on the back but I can't decipher it. Painting is in excellent condition. Frame has a couple small chips in the plaster but more on the back and not noticeable when hanging. I've washed and brushed the velvet lining but dust is still visible upon close inspection. I'd suggest continuing to clean that board with gentle masking tape or a lint roller if the dust accumulates again.
