Vintage Murano (?) Teardrop Art Glass Sculpture Two Tone Blue / Controlled Bubbles I am not 100% certain this is Murano as there are no labels/stickers or signatures, However this is a high quality well made piece with a finished/ polished Clear base, heavy thick glass with very controlled bubbles ( not sloppy like mass produced pieces that are mounted on acrylic blocks.)
