Vintage NWT roses are red two piece outfit

The way you’ll feel when wearing this gorgeous made in the USA outfit! Bought it.. never wore it!! The flowing skirt buttons all the way down, the top button all the way in the back. The sleeves are cap sleeves, and the too has a couple of nice darts in the front Material is beautiful. The buttons are fabric coated. The only issue(and not sure it is) is a button at the top of the skirt looks like the fabric is off of it. The top does cover the waist band. So not sure if that is a problem.
