Vintage Navy Blue 1970s Novelty Midi Wrap Skirt Multicolor Balloons Whimsy

Adorable wrap skirt! Please see photos for scattered shadow staining. These stains have not been treated, and the skirt has not been cleaned - marked dry clean only. The staining is not bright, as you can see in photos, it almost blends in with the fabric. If you would like further pictures, let me know! Skirt is marked as a size 12, but this is a vintage 12 and measures much smaller. I am a size 8 and it barely fits me. The waist band without the ties, laid flat measures 36" When the skirt is tied close to the tightest it will go the waist size is approximately 26"
