Vintage Navy Blue Wrap Skirt 1970s, 1980s, Women’s Size Small, To the Knee, Faded Tag so I’m guessing this is a women’s size small according to measurements but could also fit medium as it’s a wrap skirt and very forgiving. I can make out the wash care instructions as machine wash warm. The fabric feels like a stretch polyester. The tie at the top of skirt weaves through a small opening and allowed for adjustable waist wrapping. This skirt is adorable and I fell in love with it at the thrift store. It’s a perfect wardrobe staple piece for the office and more! In good used condition.
