Vintage Noreen Straw Hat

Vintage Noreen Straw Hat Wide Black Velvet Band with a Red and White Gingham ribbon detail. Inside the hat is a comb to secure it to your hair. This hat is in really good condition. The weave of the hat is tiny and beautiful. I believe it’s from the 1940’s based on the labels. I am not positive. The Jack Rose stores were open from 1925-1961. Inside circumference 20.5” Brim at front 4” The gingham ribbon does not look like it was original.
