Vintage Off White Sweater Knit Pattern Design Front Cap Sleeve Sz S/M *See Descr

Vintage white, but not a true true white, short or cap sleeve. Knit with knit design in front sweater.  Size S/M. ****Preowned wear, discolor(?), pilling, loose threading.  Does have damage/tear at one corner of bottom.  I am not a knitter, but possibly looks repairable?  No tags.  Unsure if handmade or just missing tags.  Please review measurements carefully for your personal preferences.
