Vintage Plus Preferred Women's Floral Padded One Button Blazer Size 20W. 100% polyester. There are a few loose strings. The pads have a little wear on them One of the tags is bent. An area of one of the pads is detached from the shoulder. It did have a pin in it so somewhere there are 2 very tiny holes. I couldn't find them to get a picture of them. Measurements: Shoulders - 18 1/8" Arms - 22 13/16" Chest - 22" Length - 31 1/8" Opening - 26" These measurements may not be exact but it's what I got.
