Vintage Porcelain Elephant Figurine

Elegant porcelain elephant figurine featuring a beautiful blue floral design with gold accents. The sticker on the bottom says, 'Made in Taiwan Republic of China'. The gold accents are coming off in certain places, and there are a number of small black dots that seems to be permanent. I don't know if the gold is real or just gold-toned paint.
