Could use a Cleaning, Flat Black with Prominent (you can Feel ) Snowflakes No Chips on Rim or Corners does have black on tops of handles looks to be overspray and some grease on exterior as well as a few spots of black paint chipped off / missing missing I have taken close up pics to show condition see pics and zoom in .
