Vintage Sheer Poka Dotted Skirt

Brand and fabric tags are missing. A small tag says size 14. Measurements seam to sesm while lying flat: Waist (not stretched)- 14.5" (stretched)- 17" Hips- 20" Across bottom- 23.5" Length of skirt- 28" Really cute poka dotted/art deco pattern. One flaw is that the hem thread isn't perfect and can be seen a bit if looking at closely. See last picture above.
