Vintage St. John Fuschia Pink Full Sleeve Dress with Front Buttons This gorgeous vintage piece by St. John by Marie Grey appears to be circa late 1970s - 1980s. This dress features lovely gold and pink buttons on the front and lined pockets. The buttons can be opened, and there is a hook and loop for additional closure. No size, appears to be a vintage XS.
