Vintage Swung‎ Vase Opalescent White

I believe this vase is from Fenton. Swung glass with opalescent edging. There are no flaws to the glass but it does have a film inside. I think it could be cleaned out but soaking with water did not clean it. No chips, cracks, or actual damage.
