This is a vintage skirt by The Villager. It is in excellent condition. Beautiful wool, union made & satin lined. Too small to dress onto my mannequin ladies, sorry. Measurements are as follows. •Waist: 12-12.5 inches MAX flat, no stretch material on this 80% wool, 20% blend polyester skirt Must have a 24 inch waist or smaller to fit comfortably. Approx XXS-XS •Hip: 17 inch flat, must have a 33.5 inch hip or smaller to fit into this lined skirt. Lining doesn’t stretch so you have to allow room. •This item has been dry cleaned •Length: 28” inch long •Union Made quality wool •Beautiful satin lined material •Great zipper and 2 hooks closure •2 side slant pockets. •Color is perfect for the holidays, Valentines Day or winter wardrobes in a rich burgundy/wine/cranberry tone to my best description. **Price firm.
