Measurements seam to seam while lying flat: Bust- 18.5" Waist- 12" elastic not stretched About 15" when stretched Across bottom- 32" Arm opening (top of strap to armpit)- 7.5" Length of dress- 43" Special features- Flower & line pattern/stitching on bottom. Red belt.
