Vintage Velour Longsleeve w/ Ruched Sides at Bottom 10”

28.5” p2p from front (meant to be somewhat oversized) 31.5” Shoulder to hem. 30” length from neck center to hem. This has a tighter fitting bottom 10” portion (great feature!) then the upper can be worn more loose w/ slight hang over or stretched all the way down. The sleeve ends are double fabric for the bottom (5-6” approx) 28.5-29.5” sleeve length from neck. The bottom tighter portion is 18.5” across so 37” around the mid-lower abdomen. 8.5” max hand opening. No issues to note besides the tag is not present. Possibly handmade as this did come from from a dressmakers lot. There are no straps as seen in photo. That is a separate item underneath this top.
