Vintage Westmoreland Glass Lovebirds Lidded Dish – Rare Light Green Milk Glass

This beautiful vintage Westmoreland glass dish features a pair of lovebirds perched on the lid, their heads turned toward one another in a sweet, nuzzling pose. The dish itself showcases an intricate basket-weave design, giving the illusion of woven wicker. ✨ Rare light green milk glass (not Jadeite, but with a similar soft hue) ✨ Unmarked Westmoreland piece, circa 1950s ✨ Dimensions: approx. 4.5” tall x 6” long x 4.5” wide ✨ Thick, durable glass with crisp molded details ✨ Condition: Very good vintage condition — two faint mold/straw marks noted on the bottom (see photos). No chips or cracks. The Westmoreland Glass Company closed in 1984, and many of their molds were later sold to companies such as Fenton and Mosser. Not all Westmoreland pieces were marked, particularly those produced for Wright Glass from Wright/Dugan molds. This piece is a fine example of Westmoreland craftsmanship and a rare find in this light green color.
