Vintage Wooden Squirel Nutcracker Nut Holder Himark

This fantastic nutcracker makes a wonderful conversation piece. Lift The tail, add a nut to the mouth, and manually lower the tail to apply pressure to crack the nut. The shell is cracked so you can complete the shelling process. Lots of fun. Very nice hand carved detail. Glass eyes. The nut bowl is approx 11 1/2 inches long, approx 8 1/2 inches wide. Some of the brass and metal have a bit of rust. The cracking mechanism, mouth, shows signs of wear. Minor scratches. A polishing with a food grade polish would bring this cutie back to life. FYI, the squirrel is removable. It has a dowel at the bottom that fits into the bowl. It remains loose so that it doesn't break due to tension of the nut cracking process. Thank you
