Vintage Y2K 90s My Michelle Black Velvet Floral Lace Up Back Maxi Dress Small

I love this dress!! Floral velvet overlay on the chest & upper back with back lace up / cut out detail. Slight discoloration on butt that is typical with velvet, but it is hardly noticeable and I couldn't really get it to show up in a photo. Otherwise good used condition
