Vintage Y2K Lisa Frank Binder Surfer Girl Zipper Floral

Super cute iconic Lisa Frank 3 ring binder, true vintage. Please note this has some wear and love, and could use some TLC and sprucing up. The front has some clear tape across (one thin line w/ writing on it), and the interior has various pen marks. A magic eraser removes these, albeit slowly. Sold as is in TLC condition.
