Vintage designer fringe bottom evening jacket , size Small

Last picture for google search results only. I could not find a match anywhere for this gorgeous vintage, excellent condition fringe jacket, either on Google or on Poshmark lens. There is no label, but this feels and looks like vintage designer!!! if anyone has any insight or info into this, I would love to hear it. I also tried to search with the buttons, but that did not bring up anything either. This is most definitely vintage and most definitely in excellent condition. Light shoulder pads, which can be easily removed. Marked size 10, but this might be an Italian 10 or something because this definitely best fits a size 4-6.
