Vintage fitted feather hat

This beautiful hot has varying colors for the most part it’s blue, and one kind of feather but on the opposite side, it has a black longer tail feather. The heart itself is slightly asymmetrical, but it has a bit of a wiring stretch so that it will fit on your head kind of like a headband. This is a true vintage piece. The height itself is felt. In excellent condition.
