Vintage floral skirt

This vintage beauty is 31” long and waistline is 11 1/2” laying flat. It says size 10, but it’s closer to a modern day 4 maybe? It does have an elastic waistband so maybe you can get to a 6? It doesn’t have any other tags on it so I’m not sure of the fabric. It feels like an old school polyester. No stains or holes, just one small mark. I don’t think it was ever worn.
