Vintage glazed candlestick holder with a handle

I can’t find much information on this beautiful, perfectly intact glazed candlestick holder with a single handle. So beautifully the flowers are glazed on and probably a glaze clear glass must’ve been put over top, but you can tell the flowers or hand painted. The bulk of this item is a soft blue And multicolored accents in the flowers etc. height is 4 inches including pedestal feet diameter is 4 1/2 don’t let this one pass you up. I sometimes use these fines for floral floral arrangements where I will place another vintage clear glass on top of this and let the flowers and vines cascade downjust another idea on how to use it, but just allowing it to sit on a table bedroom tablescape, most of all enjoy the beauty. These are not commonly found.
