Vintage handmade skirt

Handmade short prairie skirt. Elastic waistband with one tier ruffle at hemline. At top of ruffle are 2 weaving ribbons. Skirt is a light brown with scattered darker snake scale print. Fabric is a bit thicker and feels like a polyester blend. Unique and one of a kind. Suggest XSmall or Small. Please refer to measurements laying flat for desired fit Waist 11-13” Hips 22” Length 22”
