Vintage handmade wrap Skirt and knitted top set M Blue and Orange

This is a pre-owned two-piece set. The top is a blue, knitted, off-the-shoulder top with short sleeves and a tie at the neckline. It measures 17 inches in length and the sleeves are 5 inches long. The skirt is a knee-length A-line skirt with a blue background and a floral pattern in orange and yellow. The skirt measures 24.5 inches across the waist. There are no visible imperfections.
