Vintage plisse skirt

The fabric of this 90s midi skirt is what catches the eye. Light-weight cotton jersey is micro pleated for texture, a popular 90s trend. Has a gorgeous multicolor print. Color way is cobalt, pink, Kelly green, red and white over marigold. Like opening a box of crayons. A-line skirt has an elastic waist and is mid in length. Could be worn low waist over a bodysuit as shown, or with a crop top. Minor issues: the elastic has gone loose and could be replaced. Also a tiny bit of snagging on one hip, not noticeable when won.
