Loose fit flouncey blouse with padded shoulders, and bow tie hem. High waisted accordion pleat skirt with elastic waist band. Baby blue with shimmery polka dot print. Tag size is 20W, but vintage sizing is different. ONLY ONE, but Listing as XL, XXL. Please see measurements / ask questions to be sure.
