Vivienne Tam Vintage Early 90s Black Georgette Embroidered Blouse

From the early 90s Vivienne Tam black georgette blouse with embroidery on the sleeves, collar and placket. Has buttons down the front, but only one button has a loop at the neckline. Meant to be worn open with a camisole or something underneath. Great vintage condition, no fabric or size tags, estimated to be a Medium.
