Vtg High Waist Black Genuine Leather Pleated Pants Biker Goth Rocker 26" X 29"

A pair of vintage black leather pants. They are pleated and zip and snap. There is a taper leg. They are lined with a polyester material. There are loops around the waist band. I am unsure if their purpose as they are on the inside. They are made in Turkey. There is a tag that says 40 inside but this is not the size. The measurements are: 26" x 29" Biker, grunge, goth, rocker, Halloween Smoke free. Great condition. Thanks for looking!
