Vtg Leslie Fay Secretary Midi Dress Sz 8P Classic Retro 70s Style Pleated Chain pre-owned and in great condition See photos for measurements of PTP and small of waist. Dress is approx 43 inches long.  Vintage means an item is 20-100 years old. Please keep in mind, due to age, vintage is known to have discolorations, holes, pilling, cracking, etc. This is normal. I try my best to notate every flaw found on the item, but can miss minor details. Be mindful of this when purchasing.  I would like to note the tag (based on research) is from most likely the 1970s. I also need to note that this dress says it is made in China. Keep in mind, mass production of clothing in China didn't happen until the 1990s. I am not fully sure how a 70s dress could be made in China, however, the designer of Leslie Fay (Fred Pomerantz) did have ties to the military (making uniforms for women in the military) and I'm assuming some sort of inside ties to production in China. I have no proof of this, but am researching to get an answer.  The color of the garment may differ from photos taken.
