Vtg Leslie Fay pleated dress

Good condition Vintage Leslie Fay, light blue and pink floral pleated dress with matching belt. Size 16 100% polyester. Very light and flowy Six functional buttons down front. Two decorative breast pockets elastic waist has good stretch with matching belt. Functional button cuff. Padded shoulders can be cut Measurements taken flat: About 49 inches long excluding collar. About 18 inches shoulder to shoulder. About 22 inches pit to pit. About 15 inches across elastic waist but has good stretch up to about 22 inches. About 25 inches shoulder to cuff. Note the belt appears a little discolored compared to the color of the dress and there looks to be too small spots on the right breast pocket as shown. I have not tried to clean or launder this item in any way. May come clean, not sure. This item is sold as is. Pictures are part of description.
