W&SB 35 Silver Plated S.C.C.A Engraved Small Tray

This 9.75”W x 4.75”L small tray was engraved with “Sports Car Club Association Philadelphia Region Second Place” on the middle of it. It shows a decent amount of wear and tear. Not very balanced when placed on a flat surface. Please review pics and feel free to ask questions 🙂
