This is a warning to all buyers, do not accept item that is not accurately described.. Wronglyfully Described even! It is very unfair to buyers who are being deceived by sellers who omit information. Such as this item I bought. Never used. Right. But did not mention that chains were falling out of the shoe. It is not Ralph Lauren brand, it's Beverly hills polo club. It is nit size 7, but a 7.5.... Ask for all ur money back, and ask for the seller for shipping too! Y should I pay for it?

iconicfashion @trendychic how sad!!! I agree 100%! I was sold a "Authentic" prada wallet here and it is not authentic! I contacted posh mark. They need to be honest! Makes me very upset!!!!! :-(

mommyabeeyo Ahh! That happened to on my first purchase here!! The dress strap broke before I could even walk out the door! And the other dress had a tear in it that was sloppily hand sewn back together. The top had a rusty safety pin holding it closed which made a hole and the skirt she sold me was faded from washing. Basically I bought a bundle of JUNK!!

skystephenson Oh no!!! Sorry you had to go through that... I went through the same thing, I have big feet and I hate when I ask if the shoe runs small and the seller isnt sure... I purchase some Fendi shoes on PM and the lady said it was 10 and it really was a 9, not to mention, she posted a pic of the shoe on top of box backwards so you couldn't see size on box Smdh... Ppl will learn they Lesson.. I always let the customer know, if I'm not sure or not... I hope you have honest sellers in the future!!! 👼👼👼

gockyle Happened to me as well... Bought a sweater in "new condition".... Had a stain, 3 tears, the sleeves were stretched out, and it was fuzzed to oblivion!!! Got my money back though...

carenlovesgucci @trendychic I am sorry this happened to you :( My 2-3 week here I did a trade (never again) for Louis Vuitton Tory Burch and Coach patent leather.. For one $600 worth of jeans, a LV vintage case, jacket and leather boots... Needless to say, was burned as well :) Let's watch out for each other here ladies list honestly, and make others aware as to who scams!

maximumfashion Ask for closeups of items.. filter your seller to sold and pick a few items and read comments. I can't remember link to read rating comments. Not foolproof - but also ask questions. Unless item is really fast turn item like Tory Burch yo will have time to qet answers . A good seller can hold item for 3 jours while negotiating. and if not o well! {D

maximumfashion also, I do not see point of trades. there are sites for trading and consignment shops etc. To trade on PM means spending money for shipping and at least 3 bucks so each is buying. I prefer to help Posters asking to trade by sharing their items so tey get money in to cover purchases.

simranraj @trendychic Jeanette, Poshmark has a really good return process, in case you’re not familiar with it - it took me a little bit to figure it out, too. You have 3 DAYS to report an issue or accept the item. Don’t click ‘accept the item.’ Click ‘Report an Issue’ and go through the screens. Take pics. I was able to return a brand new with tags Colombia jacket because it was listed as ‘down’, but was actually polyester. Seller apologized and was really nice. It was an honest mistake.

simranraj I don’t believe I was charged any shipping for the return, pretty sure Poshmark covers it. So Poshmark is working on it!! I had a buyer return some shoes that had a slight tear in the shoe lace - I didn’t realize that my pet bunny got to it! 🤣 Of course I accepted the return. Accidents happen. But you’re protected!! Just use the return process 🎉

simranraj Also y’all, items at $500 or more are sent through an authentication process. I’ve never bought anything that expensive on here before, but it gives me peace of mind. But yeah, always CAREFULLY INSPECT your order before accepting it and report any discrepancies!! You’re protected 🙌🏽 Poshmark favors the customer side.
