theberrylife You just made me an offer for almost 40% off my list price. I'm ok with that and not offended. In fact, I often accept offers such as that. However, it's rather interesting that you are advertising on your page no low ball offers (while 40% off is clearly in the red on this post)....I'm curious as to your thoughts on this. I love your closet, btw, but the signs about low balling are a bit off-putting.
