White & Black High Waisted Picnic Shorts

Super cute shorts! Labeled as small...but DO NOT FIT!! So disappointed because I was really excited to get them! My loss is your gain, though. Brand new with tags. Someone with a really tiny waist please get these while you can! They're no longer available in the online store I got them from! Scalloped hemline. Thick cotton material. High-waisted. No stretch. Shiny specks in material. My goal is to be able to fit into them so get them before that happens! Lol
