White Blue Porcelain Woman w/ Harp 11.5" Figurine

Pre-owned, shows some wear, scuffs, rubbing. There is a chip on the bottom edge of her skirt (see pics). Didn't notice any other chips or cracks. Figurine measures about 11.5" in height. The sticker at the base of figurine is missing, so I am not sure of where it was made.
