White shirt sewn into black vest?

Sheer white shirt sewn into black vest that is tapered on each side with black buttons. Hard for me to describe as I'm not good at fashion vocabulary. Lol It Looks like your wearing a white shirt with a black sleeveless vest type over it with a high collar that can be folded over and the sides of vest are gathered together with a button on each side. Can b worn covering bust or not. Very cute!
