These are HIP styled white pants by Wild Fable in a size zero. They have pale blue stitching and a very unique ruching design at the front. The zipper is on the side, raw waist and hem. They are NWT and have flared hem. RN 17730 L=42 Inseam=33 Waist=28 Hips=36 Rise=8 64% cotton, 22% poly, 11% rayon and 3% spandex.
