Altered Lularoe Jesse dress. I use a seam ripper to remove the sleeves. I did not cut them off. I’m pretty sure I still have the sleeves. I will check and update the listing and send the sleeves with the dress if I have them so if you would like to reattach them. in my opinion the Jesse dress runs smaller than a carly.
